About the Journal

Noemica Journal is a multidisciplinary, open-access academic-scientific journal dedicated to publishing studies in management, organizations, human behavior, organizational psychology, public policy, innovation, artificial intelligence, and applied social sciences.

Affiliated with the Center for Organizational Studies, Management and People — NEOGEP/IFSP, the journal follows an annual periodicity with continuous-flow article publication, and accepts submissions in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Its editorial process is guided by principles of ethics, transparency, peer review, and open science, with no fees charged for submission, review, processing, or publication.

Noemica invites researchers holding a PhD and an active institutional affiliation to join its Editorial Board. 2-year renewable term. Requirements: PhD, active institutional affiliation, and recent scientific output.
