    Resumen

    La adopción corporativa de la inteligencia artificial plantea dilemas éticos y de gobernanza que impactan directamente el desempeño ambiental, social y de gobernanza (ESG). Este trabajo investiga cómo las empresas de la región incorporan marcos de gobernanza algorítmica para asegurar la transparencia, la mitigación de sesgos y la rendición de cuentas. Se argumenta que la tecnología solo genera valor sostenible cuando está subordinada a directrices éticas estrictas y supervisión institucional independiente.

      Lincon Lopes é professor do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo (IFSP), Campus São Paulo–Pirituba, onde atua em dedicação exclusiva desde 2017 e coordena o Bacharelado em Engenharia de Produção. É administrador e mestre em Administração pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP), com doutorado em andamento em Estudos Marítimos pela Escola de Guerra Naval. Sua atuação acadêmica abrange finanças corporativas, gestão governamental e geopolítica, com pesquisas recentes voltadas a inteligência artificial, desempenho ESG e governança corporativa.
