Governança da Inteligência Artificial e sua Integração com os Princípios ESG em Corporações Latino-Americanas

A adoção corporativa da inteligência artificial plantea dilemas éticos e de governança que impactam diretamente o desempenho ambiental, social e de governança (ESG). Este trabalho investiga como as empresas da região incorporam marcos de gobernanza algorítmica para assegurar a transparência, a mitigação de vieses e a prestação de contas. Argumenta-se que a tecnologia só gera valor sustentável quando está subordinada a diretrizes éticas estritas e supervisão institucional independente.
