    Resumo

    Com a consolidação dos modelos de trabalho híbridos mediados por inteligência artificial, este estudo desenvolve um quadro teórico para examinar a liderança humana. Analisam-se os fatores críticos para a manutenção da confiança, da comunicação efetiva e do sentimento de pertencimento organizacional.

      Elaine Cristina de Oliveira Rocha possui formação em Secretariado Executivo e mestrado em Administração pela Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul (USCS). Dedica-se a temas de liderança, gestão de pessoas e comunicação organizacional, com experiência também em gestão acadêmica, ensino superior e desenvolvimento de conteúdos educacionais.
