    Abstract

The corporate adoption of artificial intelligence raises ethical and governance dilemmas that directly impact environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. This paper investigates how companies in the region incorporate algorithmic governance frameworks to ensure transparency, bias mitigation, and accountability. It is argued that technology only generates sustainable value when subordinated to strict ethical guidelines and independent institutional supervision.
